Dakota County Technical College recently signed Mikhaila Ness of Woodbury to join the Blue Knights volleyball program.

Rosemount, Minn. - Mikhaila Ness is a 5'10" standout from Woodbury High School. Mikhaila played on the varsity team her junior and senior years. Her senior year she was named Suburban East Conference Player of the Year and was awarded Woodbury Offensive Player of the Year.

Ness also played club volleyball for Kokoro 2 years where her 17's team earned 9th place at Nationals.

A multi-sport athlete, Ness has also played basketball, lacrosse, and golf.

"I am very excited that Mikhaila will be joining our volleyball program at DCTC. She is a dynamic player who will add a lot of experience and will be a great addition to our team" commented Head Coach Jen Bowman.
