Lady Knights Soccer 11-5 on Season

Locking onto 2nd place in ICCAC
The Blue Knights women's soccer team obliterated Marshalltown Community College 11–0 Oct. 3 in Marshalltown, Iowa, before going on to lose two days later to a tough Macalester College squad 0–2 in St. Paul.
Heading next to Council Bluffs, Iowa, the team faced Iowa Western Community College, ranked #5 nationally in the latest NJCAA Div. 1 poll. The Lady Knights fell 1–5, but will have a chance to improve their record and seal second place in the ICCAC when they meet Iowa Central Community College at 2 p.m. at home Oct. 10.
The women are currently 11–5 overall and 3–2 in conference play.
