Aaron McEachran
Aaron McEachran attended St. Louis Park High School, earning All-Metro and All-State honors in baseball. McEachran was a freshman All-American in baseball at the University of Northern Iowa. The Toronto Blue Jays drafted him in 2001 and he played catcher and first base for the Medicine Blue Hats and the Dunedin Blue Jays, both teams affiliated with Toronto.
In 2004 and 2005, he played for the Rockford RiverHawks in the Frontier League. He was a two-time All-Star and helped win two division championships and one league championship.
He played in the Northern League in 2006 and 2007 for the Calgary Vipers, earning All-Star recognition, the Edmonton Cracker-Cats, and the Winnipeg Goldeyes.
After retiring as a pro ballplayer, McEachran served as the hitting and catching coach for the Rockford RiverHawks. He has also served as the JV and varsity assistant hockey coach for St. Louis High School. He took over as the B-squad baseball coach for the school in 2009.
